brake lights

Post by jguajardotx »

Ok
I own a 67 which was once a three on the tree. I have converted it to an automatic and put a automatic steering column. After alot of trial and error I got the horn and blinkers wired up. I am confused about how the brake lights work though. Is there a wire that should connect to the brake assembly? Is that a dumb question? I don't know much bout wiring anything. Some advice or pics would be greatly appreciated. :dk:

There are never any dumb questions.

Yes there is a power wire to the brake switch and then it goes to/ through the turn signal switch.

See if this diagram helps you out any. :)
