I think hook up is as follows:

Red/White -- Battery +
Red -------- Accessory
Black ------ Ground
Orange ----- Power antenna signal
Green ------ + Left speaker
White ------ Left speaker
Grey ------- Right speaker
Brown ------ + Right speaker

Wiring varies a little from one aftermarket radio to the next. At a minimum there should be a black ground wire, a 12V key-on wire (usually red), and a 12V always-on wire (usually yellow). Then there will be 4 to 8 speaker wires, which should be paired in colors - i.e., a purple + wire and a purple/black stripe ground. Sometimes there's a sticker on the radio that tells which is which.

I installed a pair of 6" speakers in my door panels to avoid cutting the actual doors. There's an area of the door below the window crank where the door dishes in about 1.5". This is not quite deep enough for the speaker magnets so I cut some "donuts" out of wood to space the speaker out a bit. Works pretty well, and with some effort, could be dressed up nicely.

Merged these two topics "radio found at junk yard" and "pics of radio found at junk yard" as you are asking the same info in both.
