I can’t see my speedometer

Post by The Good Humor Man »

Does anyone have a good tip to clean up the plastic over the gauge cluster on my dash?
Being a open Good Humor Truck, the years have not been good on my dash cluster of the 69 I just bought, and you can hardly see the gauges and speedometer.
Any good tips on cleaning it?.

Non ferris metal rouge and a cloth wheel on a buffer. I did all the plastic on my Bump that way. Just work it easy and it will clear up. I polished my spedo lense that way. Take the lens out to do it. :)

Hope this helps  :fr:

Meguiar's used to have a good plastic polish that we used on our MX goggles, I think they still make the stuff.
If yours is real toasted you can get a new one from DC for $25
