instrument cluster
Ok, so I have a 1970 f100, and I went for a drive last night. When i turned on my lights, the instrument cluster's lights are very dim, but the turn signal light is strong. Uhm, how should I go about fixing this problem? Buy a new cluster, or is there an easy way to replace the lights?

Re: instrument cluster
Maybe you tried this already. The headlight switch is also a dimmer control for the cluster lights. With the headlights on, rotate the knob to make adjust the intensity of the lights. Turn it all the way and the dome light should turn on. I have no idea which way to turn it, I don't remember stuff like that. The trn signal indicators are independent from the other other cluster lights. I hope I helped you out.
