i believe they are in pretty good shape. the driver side has a cut in the fabric but the passenger side is good. the material is green and i would like to have the interior to match. since i can't find a green dashpad i'm gonna go with black interior.

It can be done and is an easy job for a good interior/upholster and don't cost that much either.
