Re: weatherstripping
try some windex on the glass. it might help. but new stuff will make it harder to roll them up and down.

Re: weatherstripping
At the Ford dealer we used silicone spray on the channel fuzzies to reduce drag on the glass and make it easier to roll up & down.

Re: weatherstripping
NPD is local to me... What do you guys think of their weatherstripping over Dennis Carpenters? Well DC is close to me as well but thought I'd ask here since we are already on the subject. From what I know DC has great rubber and felts but what about NPD as well? I know sometimes NPD sell DC stuff.

Re: weatherstripping
I am JUST south of Charlotte. Waxhaw to be exact. About 15 minutes from SC border. How do the new rubbers work in the vent windows? I am wanting to make them completely whistle free and no wind noises either. Does any noise come in from that at all? I plan to put the rubber on the vents and keep them closed for good and not open and close them all the time. ![Thumbs up ](./images/smilies/icon_thumright.gif)

Re: weatherstripping
idk about the vent window rubbers i havent replaced those yet mine are still in decent shape and dont really whistle. i am gettin some noise around the door itself tho so that rubber is next on the list

Re: weatherstripping
I am going to TRY to go to the autofair but I have a big rapelling training class at Charlotte Fires training tower Saturday and Sunday and work all day Friday. After training on Saturday I am going to try and go to it though. I need to look for some fenders for my 63 Nova Wagon so would like to go up there and see what they have. I used to go to the autofair every time but stopped for a few years because it was all the same old junk and same high prices. When I worked in the hot rod shop I didn't care to go because I dealt with old cars all day everyday and didn't want to see another one haha. I'll let you guys know if I head up there and if so maybe we can all meet up somewhere. I will drive my 66 F100 up there most likely after I bleed my brakes tomarrow.
