How do I remove headlight switch

I need to remove the headlight switch in my dash of my 68 F100, How is it done?

Reach under dash and fill switch you will find a button that pushes in. While pushing button pull on the switch knob and wiggle it while pulling. The knob will come out with stem. Then you just unscrew the trim ring from switch and push out of dash and unplug. You may have to try several times to get knob and stem to release they stick sometimes. :thup:

Are the ignition, wipers control and ignition taken out the same way?

Nope, light switch is the only one. :thup: The others have screw out things on the front side of the dash.

you have to remove the wiper knob with a allen wrench first before you remove the three tabbed ring from the front of that switch.
