quality power (alternators)

I recently upgraded my alt. to 3rd gen. on my 72 f100 and the alt I got from quality power was excelent its output is what it is supost to be the service was great and shipping price was good and quick. I have to admit when I first hooked it up it did nothing so I called on the phone and ron or rich I'm not sure which one went through the wiring with me (I got a wiring harness to convert 1G to 3G) and we figured out I had a bad isolator for my dual bat. set up. How many times do you call a place and get somebody thats that knowledgable about the products they sell and by the way this the guy that ansered the phone. When I need alt. for the rest of my vehicles they will be replaced with quality power alt.
