That looks great, wickedinhere. Mine went along the same lines:
Here's what you get in the kit: Washers, sleeves, bearings and instructions.
As you can see, my pedal hanger was mint! I hammered the bearings until they collapsed and they fell out easy.
After I removed the old bushings I sandblasted the parts to clean them up.
I clamped the washer and welded them on the inside instead of the outside, although steve also welds the washers like wickedinhere did.
I shimmed the shaft to keep it even because I didn't want to file clearance to the washer later.
I assembled the whole hanger to tack weld the sleeves.
Then tack weld, remove the arms and bearings and final weld. The whole thing was pretty easy and is a great long term fix for the pedal assembly.
