dura spark
I got a former fuel injected lincoln and installed a duraspark ignition set up in it but i didnt do a ballast resister on the coil what kind of a vehicle has them and where at. i did that swap on my bump using the same pieces but using the resistance wire on the coil so i dont know the coil does get hot if i leave power to it do any of yall know of a wire that has any resistance i think it was a tbi set up if that helps
if its fixed break it again red white and ford blue the only up hill thats good is the one you are going down

Re: dura spark
i was going to post a dura spark question myself this morning. mine was going to ask how to hook it up. because i forgot what i had read. i think i might do a search myself. i took this one out of a bumpside and i don't remember any wierd wiring to and from it. the cab harness was cut into as far as i remember though. so the resistance wire to the coil was still on it uncut.

Re: dura spark
Pretty much any auto parts store should carry a generic ballast resistor. I think I paid 14 or 15 bucks for the one on my truck.
