Column shifter pin

Column shifter pin
I was wondering if anyone had any pics of the pin that holds the shifter in the shift column? Is it a roll pin i really dont want to use a bolt in there.
You can pay more but you cant buy better.

It is a roll pin, royal pain to get out, easy to press inn.
