 Right on Mike

Even in the day time, you can tell the difference. The filliment itself goes from yellow to white.
But you can really tell at night...

Well, I wish I would've just replaced the bulbs while I had it all apart... no telling how long those have been in there. I hear they lose a percentage of brightness each year, but I don't know how much of that is truth, and how much is marketing. lol

Just installed a Headlight harness from LMC. Install was easy and quick. I purchased a set of Wagner Laser Blue Halogen head lamps. It develops they are a bright blue/white and I am extremely pleased with the result! The thing I like is the head lamps appear to be the "old style" glass bulbs with the lines and rectangles. During the day, they don't catch attention and look just like what was on the truck when it was new in 1970......but, at night......WOW, what a difference! Those blue/white lights are really bright.....seem brighter than the lights in my '06 Explorer, even. Now if they last without any problems I will be really pleased! Not sure about the quality of the Taiwanese wire harness, but it is a 90/100 watt rated harness with two 30 amp relays so it should be all right....time will tell! I would recommend this "package" to anyone wanting "Brighter Lights!"

I really liked the LMC harness as well... except for the hideous yellow wire wrap. That had to go.

Yep, the bright yellow disappears easily with a quick blast of semi-flat black spray paint....a recommended install procedure!
