Auxiliary tank ground

Post by towtruckerfour »

I have a 70 F250 Explorer with dual tanks. I finally got the main to work but the auxiliary doesn't. I've tested the wires from the instrument cluster all the way to the sending unit in both tanks. All seems good. Is there a ground on the auxiliary tank also I can try testing? I tried the search on here and looked in my manuals I have and could not find anything. My auxiliary is the in the frame type. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the reply. I tried going through that and that is how I got the main working. I'm going to mess with it some more tomorrow. Hopefully I can get it to work.
