radio and headliner with speakers

Hi i have a 1968 ford f250
and lmc has those aftermarket radios that look like the orginals
and also they have a headliner with built in speakers
i was wondering if i bought the the aftermarket radiosound radio does it have hookups for an amp and subs
and are those speakers good in the headliner

headliner includes foru 4" air suspension speakers with a 5.8 ounce magnet. which will handle up to 10 watts of power. i would say they cant be used with an large amp sending more than 10 watts to the speakers.. dont amps and subs hook up to the speaker and power wires?
