light switch removal

how does this come out? i have removed the entire wire harness from the truck, but want to remove this as well. thanks.

Pull the knob out completely.
Press down on the little button on the switch (located near where the wires plug in)
Pull out the knob (and shaft) while pressing down the button
Unscrew bezel from front of dash.

Screw bezel onto switch and Push knob & shaft back into the switch so you dont lose them. :thup:

There is a button on top of the switch, just behind the dash board. It's silver colored. Push down on it, and give the switch knob a good tug. The knob and handle will come out, then unscrew the bezel from the dash and remove the switch.
