I have this F100 truck and I can't find out where the horn mounts under the hood. I also can't find the connection in the harness...what color wire is it?
I'm also trying to figure out this horn circuit. I'm at the understanding that the horn button is a grounding type circuit.
I know....this is a odd question to ask, but I got this truck in total pieces. The only thing on the frame was a cab and engine. The owner stripped it down and got to the point of being overwelmed with the project, so I took it over. Project is almost done....I just have to get the r11 overdrive wired up and this darn horn.
I have no idea what has been modified on this truck so it's very possible the wiring could have got cut.
Thanks for the great site and good info on all this. I've practically put this whole truck together searching through your posts.
