If you plan to use bedliner on the bottom of the cab, make sure you have it PERFECTLY CLEAN.

The bedliner will seal out all water, salt, etc. It will also SEAL IN any water, salt, dirt, etc., and can cause rust to develop without your knowledge.

Why is it that there's seldom time to fix it right the first time, but there's always time to fix it right the second time???

I did the spray car stuff on my floor.

It was a waist of money. 1 year latter it is worn through and is NOT a protaction from water.

If you do go the bed ligner way, use good stuff, not the spray can. They make a DIY one that comes in a 1 gal can and you roll it on. That would be WAY better than what I did.

I bedlinered my floor after all the patchwork was done. I then abused it for the next year or so sliding across it while working inside, dropping tools, washing it out with the hose, etc. It held up perfect, while its hidden today, I know if it leaks into the cab, it will be ok. Here is some pics...

Hey Darrman. I like your interior. Is that an original seat or did you get it from another truck? I want to get a newer seat but not sure which one I like the most. Plus, I have to find one in decent condition.

Why is it that the trucks are always the best running vehicles in the family?

I was also thinking about doing a bedliner in the cab, floor boards, and as an undercoat. I heard it increases road noise pretty substantially. Any of you noticed that?
