license plat light

where does this plug into on the wire harness? i'm using a after market one because i have no rear bumper.

You can just splice it into the running lights wire. On my 67 I used to think it didn't come with a license plate light until one day I looked behind the bumper and there is a hidden bracket with the light on the drivers side for use with no bumper (I guess.) If you have one of those you can splice into that wire also.

alright i will try it, thanks . i took off the bumper that was on there because it was rotten on the ends. i'm going to get a sport bumper for it.

no there is a plug for it. right in the center of the tail light harness.
