Correct seat cover

Post by rdaniel911 »

Any one out there that can help me, please chime in, I want to recover a seat I got for the 68 bump, it's a blue seat from a 71 model. I want to recover it in black but am unsure of what style the truck would have had, and my wife doesn't remember. It is a plain 68, wimbledon white #2, six with three on the tree, custom cab emblem, pretty much a plain jane truck. What style of cover would this type 68 have possibly. The cover on the seat I got in rip free, but figure I'd go ahead and just replace it with the correct color instead of dying.

ithink the patterns were the same but the ranger got a metal emblem in the center of each side of the back part of the seat.

Has anyone used the seat covers from NPD, i'm thinking of ordering a set from them to recover mine.
