I see them all the time on ebay, if it's just the heater.

I'm looking for one for an A/C-equipped truck.

C8TZ 18591-A Resistor Assembly -- Heater Switch to Blower Motor. Obsolete from Ford. 8 Ford dealers or obsolete parts vendors have this item.

Green Sales, Cincinnati, OH 45237 has 25. (800) 543-4959

JST Automotive, Lebanon, TN 37087 has 1. (615) 443-3086

Miller Obsolete Parts, Binghamton, NY 13905 has 2. (607) 722-5371

Bob Allen Ford Inc., Overland Park, KS 66212 has 1. (913) 381-3000

Parts International, Farmers Branch, TX 75234 has 1. (888) 727-0418

Sanderson Ford, Glendale, AZ 85301 has 15. (623) 842-8762

Collectors Auto Supply, Oroville, WA 98844 has 22. (800) 414-4462

The prices will probably vary widely, so don't just buy the first one you find. :nono:

It could also have different resistance values, but that would only affect the speed of the motor.
