where is there a fuse in the horn button circuit??

i saw that diagram but i could not believe that there is unprotected wire under the dash..... I cant get any power from the button to the relay.... any suggestions on where to start? what color is the wires going up the column to the horn button...

Did you check to ensure the spring-loaded horn contact is in place and/or worn down? You'll have to pull the steering wheel to get to that.

The horn relay is a "Grounding" relay, this means that the horn switch is making a ground connection to activate the relay... no power going to the relay so no need for a fuse.
