67 ignition switsh

I have a new switch and need to install the key barrel into it. is there a trick to this? also the PO has an after market switch hanging loose i was wondering about wiring it back is there a more detailed description of what wires hook to the terminals than the ones on the diagrams / schematics on this forum any help is appreciated. thanks

i think i got the first part small hole spin barrel etc it is all locked in place now woo hoo!!!, now all i have to do is get the wires right again i can still use help with this.

SOLD-71 F-350 dually flatbed, 302 / .030 over V-8 with a "baby"C-6, B & M truckshifter, Dana70/4.11 ratio, intermittent wipers, tilt steering, full LED lighting on the flat bed, and no stereo yet (this way I can hear the rattles to diagnose)! SOLD!
Many Ford bumps / one 76' EB / and several dents through the years.
A lot of "oddball" Ford parts collected from working on them for 34 years now!
