Too bad they don't list the temperatures for anything other than acetylene.
My books don't have those numbers either. :/
I thought of hydrogen but didn't mention it and just plain ol' forgot about butane.![]()
Propylene was a new one on me!
It didn't say but I'd bet a dollar it burns just a little bit hotter than propane for the
same reason acetylene pretty much has the rest beat, carbon to carbon bonds.
If they could have found a substitute for acetylene, you know doggone well they'd
be using it! LOLAcetylene is a pain compared to MAPP and propane.
