I'm thinking of putting bedliner on my cab floor instead of dynamat and carpet.
Before I do this though I'm wondering about two things, can the bedliner handle
the heat it will see and does it work very well as a sound deadener?
Thanks, Roger

Re: Bedliner on Cab Floor
they make a rubberized undercoating in spray or roll form that i normally use first to protect from heat and elminate noise. once that dries roll on the bed liner for durability and easy cleanup. done it on a few mud trucks and worked great. ![Thumbs up ](./images/smilies/icon_thumright.gif)

Re: Bedliner on Cab Floor
I have bed liner on my floor and it has worked good so far. It does cut noise down a little.

Re: Bedliner on Cab Floor
Just remember this stuff is a pain in the backside to get off. I did not put it on my floor the previous owner had and he also did a poor job of preparing the floor for the material (did not remove all rust). So it started to come up and I have multiple nail size holes in the floor. It did not cut down on heat nor did it reduce noise level as Dyanmat or some other sound deadening material will. did I mention what a PITA this material is to get off your floor...
