new yorker heater vents?

just a shot in the dark here does anyone remember the old chrysler new yorker heater vents? the round ones they would swivel and go up and down so you could defrost the windshield or direct them twoard you

anyway does anyone know if you could cut these out or unbolt them and use them on a bump (a bump without a dash pad of course)

yeah somthing like those but these you could push down into the dash so you couldnt see them

all i can rember is my brother had a about 63' new yorker that he turned into a derby car and it had some neato heater vents

that was the best thing i coul dfind on ebay last night. well for a chrysler. something like that may go good on the top of the dahs as a defroster. i know my 4wd heater cooks me out. i have to roll down the window.

my plan is to put two of those vents on it one on the left side of steering wheel and other one to the right of the glove box so i can use them to defog the windows or defrost the windshield because the two vents right in the middle dont do the best of job even when the heater is working good
