Best of my memory, someone asked this before and the answer was no. The interchangeable clusters are just from 67 to 72 f100 - f350 ans some of the bigger trucks, not sure on years. Then, some of those swaps require wiring mods for different years. Sorry i couldnt help you more, but this is off the top of my head info. You might be able to use one if you are interested in fabbing it in though. Does have a cool look.

Is this for a 68 truck? If so and if the one close to you isn't right or you don't want to rewire (no big deal really if you have both connectors), I've got a few IPs I could check for ya. Not sure if I have a 68 or not, but the tech section of this site guides me well
