flashers are perverts

I have a 1969 and half ford f100 custom with a 240 I6. My turn signals work but dont blink. I believe it maybe the flasher but I can not find the thang..Anyone know where the location of the flasher is?

Flasher is on back of instrument cluster, but first you'll want to check all the bulb (and make sure front bulbs are correct).
