oh wait. i see what was being said. get a belt that only goes from the water pump to the crank. duh. manual steering. ok i got you.

From the crank to the water pump wont work without some kind of tensioner... pretty much impossible to get a belt just the right length to go on both and get it assembled, then not have it stretch after you start it up and come loss almost instantly...
If you have the pulleys and brackets for the AC like I have, you could use the tensioner for it and get a belt the right length to work...
Edit: or make an idler that you could bolt into the PS pump bracket.

If it Looks good and Works good then it's ok by me. Everything has its issues from time to time...

you are right. maybe thats why i didnt think of it lasat night. the idler deal would probabl ybe the easiest way to go. you could use whatever you could find that would fit for now.
