Ever seen this before?

Ok I am just about done replacing my underdash wire harness,ign.harness on rt.side firewall,etc.But before I hook up a battery charger to ck.it here are some pics of the wiring in the eng.compartment I belive my stepdad installed this but not sure.I dont want to have to try and find another harness if this one smokes.So please feel free to add your . Diagrams get me abit cornfused at times.

in the second picture the large ring terminal with the yellow wire also goes on the front large terminal. i would ignore that terminal block and leave it unhooked for now. it isnt a factory block that i have seen or remember seeing.
