I've never done it and thought this series of pictures was interesting, since it is also a Ford. You can see the turn signal switch in that last photo.

I have one of those pullers and it works fine.. but for the last 20 years what I've used is an air hammer.. just rattle against the stud (with the nut off, or at least loose) while pulling on the wheel and she'll pop right off.
