Emergendcy Flasher switch location
I have a 69 f-100 and the flasher switch is in the glove box. This is very inconvenient and I was just wondering if ford but them in another location on our bumps.

They moved them closer to the driver in '70. You could extend your wires and mount your switch on the bottom of the dash closer to the middle.

Re: Emergendcy Flasher switch location
the 68/69 trucks with factory a/c had them under the dash on the passenger side of the steering column. you can move yours to the same place by cutting open the wiring harness and moing the wires back over to that location. then retape the harness back together.

I have the switch under the dash on the left side of the column with factory a/c installed. When I get off work I'll post a pic of it.

Here are the pics, by what fordman posted above I'm not sure if this is the stock location, it's just where it is on my truck. I also don't know how images are hotlinked here so bear with me if they don't show up. Mine's a '69 F-250.
