Gauges

Post by OldRedFord »

If I ever get a F600 dash panel I want to get some SW Power Series gauges. With the burgandy circle, or the green line series.

Or

What do you all think?
I like the retro look my self.

:yt:, The Green-line Series gauges look awesome ! But like fordman said those gauges are super expensive , still if I had the money for them I'd probably buy them, I really like the Retro kind of look they have to them 8).

I have my eye on those green line gauges as well. I was just looking at them again last night. Pricey, but they look soooooo good!

I used a plasma cutter to do the cuts then i used a file and some small grinding wheels to get it perfect.

Anyone have first hand experience with these??

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/67-68-69 ... 35aa099eca

The low cost of that entire set with everything included is very very tempting... I have searched online for reviews regarding Dolphin gauges and found mixed reviews. Some dont like them or dont trust them, while others have installed them and had no problems. The only consistent complaint seems to be that the supplied lights are not very bright. But that can be fixed by LED replacements or brighter bulbs.

Anyway, does anyone have any personal experience with Dolphin? (Not trying to hijack the thread, just figured this was a relevant thread to ask about them.. :) )

Wish someone would chime in, after seeing them on Ebay a few times with the bezel and all I've considered getting them for my truck when the time comes around to do the interior in my truck. They really do seem like a great deal and if I bought them like they are in that link then I don't have to worry about fabbing up a bezel 8). Surely someone on here has Dolphin gauges .
