Tail Lights
I just pulled my 72 f100 out of the weeds, had to do the brakes just to get it home. I have no tail lights, turn signals in the rear and no brake lights. It is as if there is no electricity getting to the rear of the truck. I've not had the time to trace the wires, fuses look good. Just to quicken things up doesn anyone have a good starting point?

Re: Tail Lights
the power for the turn signal switch coems from the brake light fuse. it goes up into the column ot hte turn signal switch and then back out of the turn signal switch through the firewall down and out under the truck to the rear of the truck. the first thing i would do is look under the truck to see if the wires have been eaten by mice or torn loose from soem weeds that may have grown up in the wires. if they look good i would jump back to where the power goes in and out of the column. and test to see if power is going in and or out of the column. if it doesnt go in it is in the fuse box. if it goes into the column but not out it is a turn signal swithc problem. if it goes out of the column it is the wiring between the column and the brakelights. it could even be dirty contacts in the bulb and sockets.
