I bought one(a motorcraft sw53 I think) but it won't work on a 71
1971 F100 Ranger XLT
302/C4/3.25
3/4 homemade drop

i dont know if there are any for sale at the ford dealer. probably not. because the switches are only good for 70-72 i think. maybe 73-75. ther emihgt be some on ebay or you can ask in the parts wanted section.

Was a Ford Service Tech
71 F250 with Shell Car 390 NP435 Dana 60 3.73s, PS, PB, 750 EC VS Holley Accel Points Eliminator.
98 Volvo S70 2.4T Auto
71 Service manuals Volumes 1,2,3 and 4 So ask away. :)

Used when new is a decent price. Used as in how used.

it wasnt very much used. i didnt even have to clean it it was such a good condition. surely this wasnt a poke at me or the part.

I don't poke at you I am always leary of used parts. Newbies should be too as no knowledge of years of work make it hard to tell if the part is usable. That is why I said that.
