your right none of those aussie ones have heat controls. maybe it doesn't get cold down there.

Haha yeah no heaters in any of the f100's I've had, the f250 i bought the other day had an aftermarket one with the hose holes hacked through the floor by a hammer and chisel it looks like!

A couple of years ago there was a listing someone posted with a link to an Australian dealer selling a '69 Ranger with rhd. Wish I could find the pics. It was a beautiful red one listed as a four or five speed but it had the mustang floor shifter. That's the only way they could do an automatic with rhd I guess as my parts book shows nothing for rhd a/t columns or even heater parts for that matter.

Anybody know the Australian history with these trucks? I'm wondering if the lack of creature comforts such as heating or radios was for work truck tax purposes. The panel looks weird and unfinished to my eye.
