Woodwork inside my 68
Just built and installed my console and tunes center. Plan on doing the door panels, and overhead in wood also. Also plan on a wood steering wheel. Going to trim the bottom of the seat console at an angle so it levels out. Sure is nice to rest the old arm on it while driving.

Console is 11 1/2" wide, and no it doesn't crowd me at all. It also leaves more than enough room for the passenger.

Your custom additions look fantastic! I'll bet that arm support sure makes you feel like you're sitting in an easy chair while you roll down the road--it's probably great in combination with the automatic transmission.
I tried to make a gumball machine out of wood once that turned out looking more like a war-damaged shipping crate, so I can appreciate the skill it takes to turn out stuff as nice as you have.

Thanks for the comments. I been doing custom woodwork since my middle teens. Love doing it, it is a great hobby. My teen years where many years ago. Now I gotta get the door panels, overhead, and ?? Done.
