Howdy! I pulled this mirror out of a '67 at the junkyard and it seems correct but never having seen another I want to make sure it's the real deal before I offer it for sale. I put some pics up in the gallery. http://www.fordification.com/galleries/ ... at=1&pos=0
It's under sugiuchi@gmail.com (although I just realized I probably shouldn't use that as my username, DOH!).

Is there a part number anywhere on these? Mine has a number but it does not start with a C like most FoMoCo parts, it does say Made In USA.

The ones in all 3 of the 1967 I have had has the mirror that is shown above. There is no dimming feature on the ford mirror and the curve matches the roof of the truck. I have also not seen one that is chrome just painted ones.

Great detective work FordMan! Thanks. The mirror was screwed into the right place and looked OK but there was no headliner in the truck and there was no place for the 3rd screw to go into. The other 2 lined up perfectly but something still seemed weird. I wanted to err on the side of caution b/c I know '67 parts are rarer and someone could have used a real mirror.
The funny part about this is I was just over at a friend's house and he showed me his latest project: a 1967 GTO. It's a major basket case so at least I can give him this as a token gesture. Glad it's not a Ch@vy part...
