bench seat to a 40-20-40 help please

Hi guys I have a 95 f250 extracab xl and it had a 60 40 bench in it. I bought a 40-20-40 seat out of a xlt f150 extra cab. I know this seat came in this year f250 but there is only 4 bolt holes from the factory bench and I also know there is a mounting frame used in crew cabs and regular cabs so my question is do I just drill new holes in the floor (not much support from flexing) or find the frame and have to change the seat tracks on the three piece frame I have. please help

I think he is talking about putting the seat in a 1995 truck, not a bumpside.
