Need bulb number
What is the bulb number for the rear side markers on my '70 F250? Guess I should pick up an owners manual...

Re: Need bulb number
It's kinda funny.
The MPC and Service Specifications books don't actually list that bulb. Those books don't even list the correct bulb for the dash lights for 70-72.
The 70 Bronco uses a 161 (1 CP) for the marker light, according to the Service Specifications book.
I just went out and checked to verify, and I've got 194's in mine (2 CP).
The 161 http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detai ... eyword=161 and 194 http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detai ... eyword=194 are the push-in type.

Why is it that there's seldom time to fix it right the first time, but there's always time to fix it right the second time???

Re: Need bulb number
Good info, Fordman, but I looked there first. Then, I got out my Service Specifications book, and finally referred to my MPC.fordman wrote:http://www.fordification.com/partnos/bulbs-mini.htm
None of those show the correct bulb for either the side marker or the instrument cluster lights.
