I'm swapping the 390 engine out of my 67 f100 with one out of a 76 with electronic ignition.
Anyone do this? What wiring changes will I need?

There are a couple of potential problems with that diagram as the truck will not have spark while cranking and not all Durasparks are non-resistor. The brown wire from the I terminal on the solenoid should be replaced with a wire directly to the coil along with the new 12V wire as shown in that diagram if you are using a non-resistor coil but if you have an early Duraspark coil then you do not disconect the brown wire or the resistor wire as shown in the diagram and you also do not add the new 12V wire for the coil.
