Those are strange... They almost look homemade... Not that there is anything wrong with that, however I don't have anything like that on my 67' maybe a dealer option of some sort? Do you have a back side pic?

No part numbers on the back. One does say LH TOP and other RH TOP. No picture of back. But if need one I can post one.

Looks a whole lot like the upper portion of a 73+ tail light lense. Looks like somebody cut it right about where the reflector starts and added a couple more screws.

Weren't the bulb housings on those plastic and not metal? I kinda wonder if they aren't like something odd for a wagon, or van, or maybe something commercially rated...?

I have no idea. Never actually took one of those apart. I just looked on LMC's website:

and I noticed that the 73-74 tail light lense has those extra 2 screws in the middle. I'm thinking that's what it is. Maybe those 73-74 bulb housings were also metal.

Yeah, I see that. Well, maybe it is just as simple as someone, for some reason or another, just cut em in half... Some kind of custom project that maybe never got completed...
