Is there a good paint in a can that I could paint the medal part of the dash with? It has to be that teal factory color also

If you have a spray gun and a sample of the color that you want then you can go to your local automotive paint supplier and get them to match a quart of single stage urethane with reducer and hardener.

Yeah I don't have a gun I was trying to see if anything in a can would work

We have a napa store that will custom mix spray cans of any color. you might try them if you have one around.
