I have a 1971 Sport Custom We are installing a hidden stereo in the glove box and I think I would like to place my speakers in the cab corners. has anyone tried this location? I am placing sound proofing material in the corners , doors and roof. to help with the engine noise form the stage2 build of my 302

I also put some 6x9's in the doors like the speakers in the rear of the doors pictured. Sounds great and all I have is a Sony Xplode am/fm/cd player with about 45 watts. Great bass.

So I have this problem where everytime I wash or it rains my speakers get wet at the bottom. I understand water is getting in by the window on the door but I'm not sure how to resolve it.
Thanks JP! Ms. Cordova is a factory 1969 Ford F100 Ranger with a 390, Front disc brakes, Cordova copper orange, behind the seat box
