DIN stereo installation

Post by SSerious »

Does anyone have suggestions or comments on how-to install a DIN cd/stereo in a '67 bump?

It looks like the dash needs to be cut to accept the 2x7 stereo. Is there a universal adapter kit available?

Anything is helpful and appreciated!

This is an article dealing with how I installed one in my bump.

That's perfect! This will help a ton, as long as I can find the Metra kit for the Volvo.

Thanks.

After looking at the truck. The opening is different.

I may have to fabricate a sheet metal cover so that I can create a smaller opening.
