Rally Pac Color

A while back I posted some things about installing a 66 Mustang Rally Pac in my 69 F250. Well my wife surprised me and bought a brand new one for my birthday

I need opinions as to the color. My truck is white with white dash, red dash pad, red seats, red steering column. Should I paint this white to match the dash or red to match the column? I value your opinions and will take pics to post once it is installed. What say YOU?

I say red to match the steering column. That is my opinion anyway. Sounds like a nice truck and a heck of a wife.

either red to match column or black. either would look nice i think.

Another vote for red, maybe do the back part of the gauge cluster in white so it's two tone, if there is a good definable seam or line to start it at. If it is a smooth transition from front to back on the cluster housing, solid red to match column.

Red it is. Paint is ordered and I should have it installed in a few weeks. I'll be sure to take some pics for posting.

good luck. keep us posted. red will be nice im sure!! just partial to black myself but its your truck and with a red column i think red would be great.

Just a quick update. I got the Rally Pac painted and installed over the weekend and it looks AWESOME. Looks like Ford put it there. The lights are bright and easily light up the gauges at night. The tach works great too.

The only problem is that the clock doesn't work...brand new out of the box. So I had to take it out and send back to Scott Drake.

I should have it returned and installed in a few weeks, then I'll post some pics.
