the aftermarket pedals backside in noway resembles the plastic molding of the original. When i towed my truck down here I didn't have the gas pedal pad on, and i'm assuming that it broke off anywho as i could not find the screw or the wire spring thing that attaches, the core reason why i bought replacements. I'm trying to install these things and can't articulate how they could possibly go together. I see that the screw goes through the pedal into the linkage of course, but how is the spring supposed to install? and do i need a special nut to go on this special pedal screw? and can this aftermarket crap even be used on my truck? is it some kind of aftermarket joke like many of the other aftermarket "oem replacement" wannabes? any advice, drawings step by step directions appreciated to get this thing to work. I have semi moderate modification skills if need be, just don't know where to start
