BEWARE of Blue Oval! I placed an order last week. In the comment section I told them that their website was hard to navigate and if they wanted my business they need to improve their site. They refunded my purchase, told me they did not deal with people like me. Last time I try to help a vendor view their portal from the customer perspective!
The ONLY reason I decided to do business with them was a Gift Certificate that my kid gave me. I have asked them what I was to do with the $50 certificate, have received only silence. I am pondering what to do next to recover the $50. Any sugestions ?
