I'd check the wrecking yards for mid-late 70's full size fords, (think LTD's, T-birds, Lincoln/Mercurys) The factory stuff had some nice pieces. Little bit of wenol & some 0000 brass wool to clean things up, and you're ready to go.

My old 66 mustang had them and quick google search shows plenty of them out there but they dont look exactly like the ones pictured.
