door pocket conversion

door pocket conversion
so every time i open my truck magazines i notice these pockets that install in the older bump doors. i want to say that it's 61 to 66. i'm probably wrong there. has anyone tried to modify their doors to accept this feature? say in a 67 to 72 door? it seems cool in my imagination

hadnt seen or tried but sounds neat. big thing is glass clearance when the window is rolled down.
