door weatherstripping difference between 67-70 and 71-72
I am buyin precision brand weatherstripping for my truck, and I see there are two different part numbers for 67-70 and 71-72. Does anybody know what the actual difference is?

67-70 had felt on one side of the window, 71-72 had rubber on both sides. Plus someone said the mounting holes were different, but I can't confirm that.

Good information. That would make sense because the precision brand (best brand from what I hear) costs more for the 71-72.
I have one original door and one replaced, but I think the replaced door had the rubber only on the outside so I will do the 67-72.

I did the Precision on my 72 and was very happy with the quality. I had to adjust the striker pin and just recently, the doors were able to close flat again. The new rubber made a huge difference.

Pretty sure it was 67-70 had felt on BOTH sides, and 71-72 had rubber on ONE side.flyboy2610 wrote:67-70 had felt on one side of the window, 71-72 had rubber on both sides. Plus someone said the mounting holes were different, but I can't confirm that.

They went to the rubber in 71 to help keep water from getting into the doors from the outside.
Either way, there WAS a change in 71.

Before we go any further
, are you talking about the window weatherstrips (of which there are two types) or the weatherstrip around the door opening?

Re: door weatherstripping difference between 67-70 and 71-72
Sorry if I caused any confusion. I thought you were referring to the door weatherstripping vs. the anti rattle kit. My experience and comments were based on the door weatherstripping from Precision.terry1167 wrote:I did the Precision on my 72 and was very happy with the quality.
